Shortly after becoming a cheerleader, I tried out for the Tennessee State University coed team, and was accepted in 2003. I was fortunate enough to cheer there for 2 years, and when I returned home I started coaching Morgan Park High School's cheerleading team. We were getting amazing results, and people asked why don't you start your own All-Star team. I had no idea what an All-Star team was, but Iook at me now!

She has cheered with respected programs such as Wildcat Allstars and Windy City Allstars. Before finding her cheer home with Chicago Storm, she coached the Dolton Bears Varsity Cheer team for seven years.
As a coach, Brittany strives to empower youth to become the best version of themselves while teaching skills they can carry for a lifetime. To her, cheer is more than a sport — it’s a lifestyle.

I love working with the little ones because they are so eager to learn. They enjoy cheering, wearing makeup to compete, and practicing hard with the hopes of going to Mickey Mouse’s house at the end of our season to compete. They practice just as hard as the older athletes and love to be respected as cheerleaders. I do it for the smiles on their faces when they master a new skill!
“We are the cutest, we are the best. At competitions we’re better than the rest. No other team, can take us under!!! ‘Cause we’re Chicago Storm Tiny Thunder!
